Together with friends and companions from business, table tennis and university we kick started our campaign.

Right on time at 8:30 p.m., the Kickstarter project for the smart racket went online. A few rallies with Erik Schreyer, the head coach of Post SV Mühlhausen, got the guests, consisting of friends and companions of the start-up, in the right mood. Among the audience were also Dr. Katja Böhler, State Secretary for Economic Development, Dr. Thomas Nitzsche, Mayor of the City of Jena, and Uwe Schlütter, President of the Thuringian Table Tennis Association.
Then the time had come, the video of the smart racket celebrated its world premiere:

I haven't played for a long time but the desire is still there. When you can see directly how the strokes work and you can build up systematic training: Wonderful!

A Relaxing Evening

As Jena TV also reported, the Kickstarter launch was an amusing evening, at the end of which the first 5,000€ in funding was raised. Some impressions in the article:
